A Wee Worry Update!

Hello all you lovely people. As always, my mood lifted after reading all your comments.  Thank You so much. I have had mixed feelings about today. Went to the doc's this morning and got this "bad boy" checked out. Never got the answers I was looking for. Tried to persuade him to give me a wee liquid solution to desolve it, then I'd be on my way!! lol.

He just laughed then quietly explained  the "bad boy" was in fact the end of my liver! Hmmm. I have to get tests done at the hospital. He has put through an urgent request so hopefully It will be quick.

I was a bit wobbly and teary and extremely sore after he had finished so I let work know that I had to go home to bed and that's exactly what I did. Got all cosied up under the covers and slept for hours! I did totally freak out and had hoped for a different result, but hey, what will be will be and it must've turned out this way  for a reason.

Since these tests might not be for a week or two yet, I am going to carry on as normal with my fav journal. Hopefully finding something a lot happier to talk about! lol  ;-) Take Care, Back Soon. xx

I agree with Jan, try not to worry, he could have got you admitted there and then if he thought it warranted it.  Hard to say I know but this is how you have to look at it.  Glad you got some sleep.

It is easy for me to say...but do try not to dwell on it too much - the stress of worry is sometimes worse than what you are actually dealing with.  I am going to be Praying for you.  In the meantime....we are here to clown around with you & make you smile!!!  :)

Sorry to hear it didn't get sorted today.  Try not to worry too much.  I know that's easier said than done.  If the doctor had thought it was serious he would have had you back tomorrow.  Take one day at a time.
Sleep is good for you.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Big hugs to you

its always hard to wait until you hear the results, but I think you hav a great attitude about it; and you know all the worrying in the world won't back the time go by any faster, so just go about your routine as best as you can and hopefully the news will be good and quick in coming.

I think a daytime nap is always a good thing to help us feel better
